3D spacers meshes are warp-knitted fabrics with a three-dimensional structure. They are made on double raschel machines.
3D knits are made of 100% polyester fibers of various titre.
The characteristic properties and advantages of 3D spacers include high breathability - air circulation between knitted surfaces, low weight in relation to volume, formability, low moisture absorption that limits the currence of mites and molds, a high degree of reversible deformation.

- Thickness: 3 - 20 mm
- Fabric weights: 200g/m² - 1500g/m²
- Width: fabrics are produced in variable widths according to the customers requirements. Maximum width of 3D spacers equals to 280 cm. We also offer custom cuts to stripes or square formates.
- Fabric finish: the 3 mm spacers are dyed to required colors. The hydrophobic finish, thermofixation or other additional finishes (softening, flame retardant treatment, etc.) are also possible upon request.
