Technical nets are flat warp-knitted fabrics produced on single-bed raschel machines in the form of flats on rolls.
The nets are made of the conventional synthetic materials such as polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, polylactide or elastane. The base materials used then determine the final properties of the manufactured products, for example, high resistance to UV radiation, resistance to pilling or abrasion, flat weight, biodegradability, etc.
Technical properties
- Fabric weights: 25g/m² - 300g/m²
- Width: fabrics are produced in variable widths according to the customers requirements. Maximum width of mesh fabrics equals to 300 cm. We also offer custom cuts to stripes or square formates.
- Fabric finish: the entire product portfolio is also dyeable to required colors. The hydrophobic finish, thermofixation or other additional finishes (softening, flame retardant treatment, etc.) are also possible upon request.
- Certificates and test reports: we offer the possibility of testing and issuing certificates to our products at accredited laboratories in the Czech Republic and abroad.
